Processing Time

All orders are carefully packed and prepared within 3–5 business days after purchase. Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time, which will be noted in the product listing.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Expedited Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method, depending on location

Vintage & One-of-a-Kind Items

Many items sold by Buffie Designs Vintage are vintage, thrifted, or one-of-a-kind. Once an item has been purchased, it is no longer available for sale to other customers. Also, I always put in the description if there are any dents, scratches or wear as well as photos. So, please review them before purchasing.

Shipping Delays

Buffie Designs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and item. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
